BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES:
APPOINTMENTS
• A $150 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your permanent make up appointment. A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure any other appointments. This will be applied toward the balance of your procedure. This booking fee is non-refundable.
• Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
• Security Deposits/Booking Fee are transferrable one-time only
• We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to cancel/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 48-hour advance notice is required, or the booking fee becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.
CANCELLATIONS
• A 48-hour cancellation fee is required, for all cancellations and rescheduling. If you fail to cancel or reschedule before the required 48-hour notice, it will result in the forfeiting of your booking fee. Your booking fee will be non-refundable, and an additional deposit will be required to make any future appointments.
NO-SHOWS
• Any client that does NOT show for their scheduled appointment, will forfeit their booking fee and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full plus the fee for the missed appointment before being rescheduled.
RESCHEDULING/LATE
To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, please contact me immediately. If you do not contact me, your appointment will be cancelled, and you forfeit your deposit. If you decide to reschedule, you will be asked to repay a booking fee.
PAYMENTS
• Your $150 booking fee will be applied to the balance of your treatment. The remainder of your payment is due on the day of your appointment.
• Your Beauty Bar of Greensboro accepts Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Venmo, Cash and Gift Cards.
DISCLAIMER
• Results may vary depending on compliance of aftercare instructions, skin type, and your lifestyle. We have no control over the healing process and make NO GUARANTEES of how the healed results will look.
• Healed results will vary with each individual client. The final shape is completely your decision, and the treatment will not begin until you approve the shape. The average of two treatments is enough to obtain a natural result, but using a pencil or powder may still be necessary to achieve your desired brow. Individuals who are looking for a more intense result must understand that it may require additional sessions at an additional cost.
• Quoted price is subject to change if additional services are provided during your appointment.
• Photos and videos may be taken during the appointment for marketing purposes. If you are not comfortable with this, please let us know.
REFUND POLICY
NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. We are very thorough in our consultations, appointment processes, and services provided. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued.
NEW CLIENTS
If you had your Permanent Cosmetics/Microblading done by another technician, please DO NOT book as a Touch-Up Appointment. You will need to book your appointment as NEW procedure. Please text a clear, makeup-free photo to (336)847-7843. This will help confirm whether I am able to work over your present tattoo and whether it's considered a Correction/Cover up or a New Appointment.
